Essential Oils for WEIGHT LOSS

Good morning, I wanted to share with you an essential oil weight loss help. I’m not telling you, you will lose an enormous amount of weight but adding these three essential oils to your diet can help you as you exercise, eat healthy. I’m sorry but you will never maintain a healthy weight without eating healthy ( food God made) and getting some exercise. Without further ado the three oils are :

All you have to do is put 1 drop of each in a bottle of water. It’s that easy well you do have to buy some first. Lol

you can also rub directly on the body but note USE A CARRIER OIL, I USE GRAPESEED OIL , COCONUT OIL,IS ALSO A GOOD CHOICE.
