Little House on The Prairie for Reading Class

We have all heard of Little House on the Prairie, but have you ever thought of using this for your child’s reading book. Laura Ingall’s Wilder is a fantastic writer. Did you know she didn’t start writing until in her sixties. I have always loved the TV show but the books are so much better. Even though she wrote these books on a children”s level adults can enjoy them too.

I recently found a place to get worksheets to go along with the books. You can download the pdf here http://www.sharperteaching.com/system/files/Little%20House%20Unit%208.5×11.pdf

You can try out http://www.sharperteaching.com with their samples or pay $19.99 to become a member.

I love to share a good thing. My daughter has fell in love with the Little House books. I think your children may enjoy them too.
